Can you tell me your shop operating times?

Yes we are open from Tuesday to Saturday. Tuesday to Friday from 10:30am to 5pm, and Saturday from 10:30am to 4pm. Time to time we may close to attend venues etc. Please phone before coming if you are traveling a long way. My number is 0448 150 456 Our Christmas hours are from the 1st of December Monday to Thursday 1030 til 8pm Friday 1030 til 5pm and Saturday and Sunday 1030 til 4pm

Can I pick up my order and if so where?

Yes you may pick up your order. You may pick up your order at our shop during operating times. You will find us at 16 Skye Road Frankston Melbourne Victoria Australia on the bay side of the Frankston freeway as Skye road runs on both sides though Vic roads is yet to correct the signs.

Do you have any sort of lay-by for your models?

If I can help I would love to. You will need to contact me so that we can discuss the arrangements that would work for you and I. Our lay-by system is for collectors that cannot afford to purchase items all at once as at times distributors will release several models at the same time. To help people so they do not miss out; I allow them to place the items on lay-by, where they pick each up in a period of time at separate times as they can afford to. For example you place 4 cars on lay-by and you pick up 1 car every 3 weeks or depending on the purchase price could be more or less. If you are not close by we could deal via phone; where you can make payments. 

How do I pre order? Do I need to pay a deposit?

To pre order simply order as normal . Once the item arrives I will debit your card and post the item. Thank you Sabe

Can I pay over the phone via your merchant banking facility (Visa card, Master Card, eftpos -Cheque or savings)
Yes you may. Simply phone me on 03 978 13153 and advise me of the order you wish to pay for. Note: At this stage I do not take American Express

Are you going to have extended hours for the Christmas period?
